Trevor Harling, our Surveyor is a Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments, a Member of the Institute of Wood Science and an Associate Member of the Institute of Specialist Surveyors and Engineers.

Trevor also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Conservation (RICS accredited)

We also carry out specialist timber condition surveys of listed buildings such as barns and churches individually identifying each truss and purlin for any rot or infestation.

Jim Lugsden is a Structural Engineer and is member of both the Institution of Structural Engineers and Institution of Civil Engineers.

With the depth of experience we have, we are now able to offer in-depth surveys and investigations to residential, commercial and industrial clients.

Surveys are carried out using the most up to date apparatus and techniques such as moisture meters, boroscopes and deep probe testing equipment.
