Damp Proofing Services
Our Surveyor checks properties with the aid of a moisture meter and also carries out a visual inspection both inside and outside of the property to identify any visible signs that are causing internal damp problems. Photographs indicating problem areas are also included within his report.
We also provide a quotation for any works required.
We have trained operatives who carry out any works required including re-plastering works.
We can also offer deep probe testing of concrete floors if customers are experiencing damp floor conditions to ascertain if there is any moisture content within the floor contributing to the overall damp problem.

Timber Treatment Services
If a sub floor inspection is requested, our Surveyor will if possible gain access to the sub floor area and carry out a detailed investigation of joists and floorboards to determine if any wet rot, dry rot or beetle infestation has taken place.
If a roof space inspection is required, our Surveyor will if possible gain access to the roof void and carry out a detailed investigation of the roof timbers to determine if any wet rot, dry rot or beetle infestation has taken place.

We can offer laboratory testing of plaster samples to ascertain the type and presence of ground salts in properties to enable us to specify the appropriate remedial solution to damp problems.
