We have carried out timber treatments to floor and roof timbers and replacement floors to an old school in Accrington which is now converted into offices. 

We have installed wall ties and carried out timber treatments and structural underground waterproofing to the cellar on a conversion of a Victorian building in Chorlton into luxury apartments.


We have recently carried out a damp survey on a new property in Cheshire. The building contractors were experiencing major damp and water ingress problems around windows and doors, through ceilings and onto internal plaster finishes. Algae appeared to be growing on the new external render. We had to carry out a destructive survey to establish what construction methods had failed in allowing damp and water ingress to a new property.
